In partnership with renowned fitness and lifestyle coaches Jill Payne and Jaycee Gossett, cufitra is excited to bring you an exclusive, week-long experience at the fabulous Florblanca Hotel in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.

Upon arrival at the San Jose airport you will be transported to Florblanca, a magical destination conceived to provide an unparalleled experience in Costa Rica. It is here that your own personal journey towards well-being, enlightenment and serenity will unfold. Nestled among sprawling banana plants, coconut groves and towering palms, Florblanca occupies its own small white-sand bay on the Pacific Coast in an unspoiled tropical jungle overlooking the world famous surf of Playa Santa Teresa. Simply stated, Florblanca offers a vacation experience like no other. The property’s one and two-bedroom bungalows are semi-exposed to the elements, allowing cooling cross-breezes to blow through your canopy bed’s gauzy drapes, and bringing the stunning tropical surroundings closer to you.

Each day you may choose to wake yourself to meditation or beach walks. Jill and Jaycee will lead organized group classes twice a day, and will also be available for private sessions that are transformative and not to be missed. Three delicious and healthy meals will be served, in addition to snacks, coconut water, and adult beverages. As you marvel at the natural beauty, serenity, and energy of Santa Teresa, you will feel yourself decompress and take on a more steady, relaxed rhythm. During your stay you may indulge in rejuvenating body treatments at the stunning Spa Bambu. And when you are ready, you can stimulate your senses with surfing, hiking, horseback riding, or zip line excursions— just to name a few of the many adventurous activities available to you during your stay.

Eats

Meals are a time of gathering, sharing and laughing, and will be communal. The menus are built around local, seasonal, and organic cuisine with Latin, Mediterranean and Asian influences. Costa Rica is famous for delectable tropical fruits such as papaya, pineapple, passion fruit, and bananas— and of course spectacular fresh seafood is in abundance. Our chef will prepare meals consistent with the intensity of the workouts each day, keeping you energized and satisfied while delivering healthy food that is dairy and gluten-free, and centered around plant-based cooking.
